Liz's Lots of Love

Liz Simmons was a passionate woman who loved to help other women in need of help with basic personal hygiene items- to this end NDS is keeping her heart for others alive through “Liz’s Lot of Love”

Packaged personal hygiene items are being distributed in her honor at a local food bank and woman’s health clinic.

10% of your purchase of the Basecamp K2 Tumbler will be donated to keep this passion alive and help others.

BE Youth Sports Foundation Update:

It’s been sometime since we’ve provided an update of our BEYSF activities. Natalie, my oldest daughter, joined the board adding some diversity and youth to the board. Over the years we have continued to support Positive Coaching Alliance with scholarships benefiting local athletes. PCA has recently gone through a restructuring, so we have taken a pause during their reorganization. Natalie will be meeting with their VP of External Relations this month to find out how we might reengage effectively furthering the mission of BEYSF. In 2021, we provided a donation to Street Soccer USA giving them the funds to continue their program supporting underserved and unhoused youth with the opportunity to play soccer. They wear the BE logo on some of their pennies. We also continue to support Carmichael Girls Softball. They continue to wear the BE logo on their jerseys year after year, many games are played on the Bill Enos Field at Carmichael Park. For those of you new to BE Youth Sports Foundation, the BE Game is 100% kid run. No adults except the umpire are allowed on the field. Adults, including the coaches step back and cheer, that’s it!  This game allows the players to run the game, teaching them leadership, collaboration and an appreciation for all the work that goes into planning and coaching a game. Thank you for your continued support!
